Paving stone surface shall be subject to color and texture variables common to industry standards. Tuscan Paving Stone's Warranty covers the surface against defects in Workmanship for a period of five years.  Paver Manufacturer provides a 25 year Warranty on the strength and structural integrity of the paving stone.  For that period of time we shall, at no cost to the consumer and at our option, repair or replace any areas found to be defective in Material or Workmanship. 

This Warranty does not apply to heaving or settlement of any kind, failure of existing sub-grade, or any part of the structure damaged by accident, abuse, acts of God, or modified, altered, maintained or repaired by anyone other than a Tuscan Paving Stone affiliate.  Not responsible for damage to landscape or underground public utilities immediately adjacent to or under the work area including but not limited to: phone/cable lines, electric lines, water/irrigation lines, sewer and septic systems, sod and plants. Owner responsible for protection of work once installed.  No Warranty is expressed or implied for Sealer applications over previously applied coatings. 

All paver installations are installed to Industry Standards, including:  sand setting bed, sand swept joints and voids with concrete border restraint as required.  

All work to be completed in a workmanlike mannor according to standard industry practices and local municiple guidelines. 

All Agreements and schedules are contingent upon availability of material, accidents or delays beyond our control.
