Paver Cleaning & Maintenance Program

The Annual Maintenance Agreement is designed to help homeowners maintain the appearance and condition of their paver pool deck and/or driveway throughout the year.

1. Annual Maintenance Program

The program includes:

Three (3) cleanings per year
Scheduled cleaning of the customer's paver pool deck and/or driveway
One (1) complimentary paver cleaning & Two (2) paid cleanings
10% discount on additional services during the membership term
Priority scheduling for maintenance services, subject to availability

2. Membership Price

The cost of the Annual Maintenance Program is:

$49.00 per month

12-month commitment: $588.00

The monthly membership fee includes the maintenance benefits.

3. Paver Cleaning Services

The three annual cleanings are intended to help maintain the appearance of the customer's paver surfaces.

Cleaning may address normal outdoor buildup such as:

Dirt
Surface dust
Organic debris
Algae
Mold and mildew
Light staining
Surface discoloration

4. Complimentary Cleaning

The Annual Maintenance Program includes One (1) FREE cleaning.

The complimentary cleaning applies to the customer's paver pool deck and/or driveway and is subject to the normal service-area and access requirements of Tuscan Paving Stone.

5. Additional Services

Customers enrolled in the Annual Maintenance Program receive 10% OFF additional paver services during the active membership period.

The 10% discount applies to qualifying services performed by Tuscan Paving Stone, including:

Paver Repair - Sunken/Shifing/Heaving Pavers
Additional Cleanings at Customer's Request
